All our products
are custom made to your exact sizes and specifications, as such they
are not suitable for resale and are not subject to UK Distance
Selling Legislation. Please inspect your blinds on receipt and
notify Blinds And More immediately of any damages in the shipment
you have received. Also, please check to make sure that the products
you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered
them. If you notify Blinds And More that the merchandise has been
damaged in shipment or does not meet the specifications you
requested within 48 hours of the date and time received,
Blinds And More will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or
replaced at no cost to you. Any goods returned will be subject to
inspection by the factory. Should this inspection reveal that the
goods returned do not have a manufacturing fault (and are therefore
not the responsibility of Blinds And More) you will be notified of
our findings and the costs incurred to carry out any required
repair/replacement - together with all shipping costs incurred for
collection and redelivery.
Although all or products have been photographed in order to create a true likeness of colour, texture and design, as monitors vary significantly, we cannot take responsibility should the products supplied not match your décor exactly, as the images represented on our site are for guidance only. Sample swatches are available by email request should you require a closer colour match, although shades can still vary from batch to batch. |
