Payment Options

Since all products from 4Blinds2You.com are custom made to your exact sizes and specifications, all orders are paid for when your order is placed. Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Maestro are accepted through our online payment provision.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are custom made to your exact sizes and specifications, they are not suitable for resale and are not subject to UK Distance Selling Legislation. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to placing your order. We send your order details to the factory and automatically charge your credit card for the total sale price, immediately after you complete your online order. Unless there is a delay in placing your order because we need additional information from you, an order received from you for in stock materials before 3.00 pm will normally begin production within 12 hours.

Cancellations and Changes in orders can only be made for a period of 12 hours after your order is placed. All cancellations and changes effected during this 12 hour period will be subject to an administration charge of £25. In the event that you cancel your order during this 12 hour period, 4Blinds2You.com will refund your money minus this administration charge. Under no circumstance will 4Blinds2You.com either refund any money or issue any credits for a credit card purchase if the cancellation or change occurs at any time beyond this 12 hour period.

On extremely rare occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond 4Blinds2You.com's control. In the event of a known delay, you will be contacted that day. 4Blinds2You.com reserves the right to reject any order, at its sole discretion.

Faulty/Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your blinds as soon as you receive them and notify 4Blinds2You.com immediately of any damages in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify 4Blinds2You.com that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 48 hours days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, 4Blinds2You.com will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

If you do not notify 4Blinds2You.com that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly during this 48 hour period, 4Blinds2You.com will not repair or replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you.
